Neem as a Natural Insecticide
Neem works as an effective insect repellent due to natural compounds, such as azadirachtin, to disrupt the feeding, reproduction, and growth of many insect pests. Additionally, neem comprises anti-feed repellent and growth-regulating properties which make it a potent botanical insecticide.
Our SCS formulation contains a surfactant to reduce the particle size of the neem extract. This modification allows for better dispersion and coverage on plant surfaces, ensuring that less neem is required for more effective results. By reducing particle size, the neem solution can better adhere to plant surfaces and penetrate insect exoskeletons more efficiently, enhancing the insecticidal properties without causing harm to the plants or the environment.

SCS "Just It' Disinfect is a locally developed solution free from flocking and agglomeration, developed to help reduce water sanitation costs.
The product can be added to cleaning agents as an enhancement, or added to water for any cleaning application. It dries rapidly, leaving an antistatic charge on sanitized surfaces. JUST DISINFECT IT provides the added benefit of enhancing water quality through increased wetting and emulsification during application.

M3T molecules accumulate in large numbers on the surface between an aqueous solution and metal/other surfaces, thereby reducing the surface area available for agglomerated crystals formed in the earlier steps of the scale formation process. If scaling has begun to form on the surface, M3T molecules break down the interface between the water and the deposited scaling crystals.
