Neem as a Natural Insecticide
Neem works as an effective insect repellent due to natural compounds, such as azadirachtin, to disrupt the feeding, reproduction, and growth of many insect pests. Additionally, neem comprises anti-feed repellent and growth-regulating properties which make it a potent botanical insecticide.
Our SCS formulation contains a surfactant to reduce the particle size of the neem extract. This modification allows for better dispersion and coverage on plant surfaces, ensuring that less neem is required for more effective results. By reducing particle size, the neem solution can better adhere to plant surfaces and penetrate insect exoskeletons more efficiently, enhancing the insecticidal properties without causing harm to the plants or the environment.

M3T is an environmentally-friendly, safe solvent, ammonia and glycol free product where powerful wetting is required for cleaning and dispersion of particles.
SCS "Just It' Disinfect is a locally developed solution free from flocking and agglomeration, developed to help reduce water sanitation costs.
The product can be added to cleaning agents as an enhancement, or added to water for any cleaning application. It dries rapidly, leaving an antistatic charge on sanitized surfaces. JUST DISINFECT IT provides the added benefit of enhancing water quality through increased wetting and emulsification during application.

The build-up in production systems, pipes and storage reservoirs restricts water flow, reduces process efficiency and leads to loss of production. Mineral scales form due to increased concentrations of minerals, elevated water temperature and high PH. Sludge and organics build when suspended materials are introduced through influent water or airborne impurities.
JUST DESCALE IT with M3T
M3T molecules accumulate in large numbers on the surface between an aqueous solution and metal/other surfaces, thereby reducing the surface area available for agglomerated crystals formed in the earlier steps of the scale formation process. If scaling has begun to form on the surface, M3T molecules break down the interface between the water and the deposited scaling crystals.

An End-to-End Infrastructure Solution
Roads are a major part of infrastructure at any mine; under constant costly repair due to haulage.
Dust remains a critical challenge, a big contributor to vehicle wear and tear on uneven surfaces. Fully maintained roads help avoid severe degradation, which lead to potholes, water logging build-ups and corrugated roads.
We provide an economical environmental solution, and advise our clients based on criterion which includes rainfall patterns, soil conditions and local weather factors.
Typically coal mines will have particle sizes between 1 to 100 Micron. Water treated with M3T will capture/wet all particles within 0.1 to 350 microns, encapsulating fine particles of dust between 72 – 0.1 Microns
M3T Overview for Mining
At an 0,025% < 1.0% addition of M3T per volume of water, surface and interfacial tension is reduced from 72 to 0.1 microns. An effective economic application dosage of M3T ranges between 0,0025% < 3%, dependent on the application and air movement.
This method allows for wetting and emulsification and grants the ability to integrate materials into watery solutions or suspensions.
Static and steric charges within the solution are neutralized to give dispersion and particle suspension. SCS M3T is the only known industrial 100% natural surfactant product able to breakdown surface tension to as low as 0,1microns
Reduction of Surface Tension
M3T reduces the surface tension of liquids allowing them to increase performance through:
- Increased adhesion of the liquids to solid particles which produces a powerful surfactant
- Allows for water, gas and oil-based droplets to break down into finer globules and stay in suspension longer, resulting in a powerful emulsification
- Prevention of particles forming clusters or agglomerating, resulting in a powerful de-agglomeration
- Solid particles, for example, anthracite dust (particle range between 2 to 100microns), are successfully suppressed and neutralised

Alternative Road Stabilisation Solution
Mosmart offers a ground-breaking patented anionic surfactant that has been extensively researched and developed over a period of 17 years. Together with Mosmart, SCS offers clients a complete range of dust and road stabilization products at competitive rates. We enhance our products with our environmentally friendly and patented surfactant M3T 3005 (M3T). In order to demonstrate the effect of M3T on various different products, Mosmart had independent testing done by leading facilities and role players in their respective industries
Mosmart obtained the services of Matrolab in South Africa to conduct specific compressive tests relating to road construction. Matrolab is accredited with the SANAS testing laboratory and is a Civil Engineering Services group
Tests conducted were of the type CBR-UCS @ (%) MOD AASHTO and tested for 90%, 93%, 95%, 97%, 98% and 100% MOD AASHTO. Tests were conducted for a 2% and 4% (illustrative purposes only) Cem.IV 32.5R BV cement mix on G6 material for road construction, comparing varying M3T dosages using a natural water source
Test results indicate that the best results were achieved applying a ratio of 7.5ml M3T per 10 000ml (10l) of natural water. Tests further indicated that UCS (Mpa) is largely increased by adding M3T to the water for the road construction cement mix
Testing under practical road construction conditions indicated that, added to a saving on cement usage, further saving was achieved on water usage, time spent, and on general running costs required to achieve desired results
